Swelling feet. What can I do? Cannot wear most shoes. Am wearing special support hose, helping very little.?

Ask your doctor if you are retaining fluid, if you are then you need water tablets which will take the fluid down, simple why to test if you%26#039;re retaining fluid is to, push one tip of your finger into the swollen bit of your legs for a couple of seconds, if it stays indented for a couple of seconds then it%26#039;s fluid, also elevate them as much as you can

What is causing the swelling? Do you stand for long periods of time? Extreme swelling should be checked out by a doctor since it may be caused by poor circulation and could be a sign of a more serious medical problem.
Reply:Try going barefoot as often as possible. Medical studies have been proving lately the ill-effects shoes have on our feet and legs. Nature is usually the simplest and best way to solve problems. Remember K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid) A rule I heard many years ago and always proves to be the best way.
