Reply:Nice, i really like the dress. About the shoes, I think it depends on what occasion. If it is something semi-formal and sort of like casual, then you should use flats. But if it is like a big event, definitely use heels, but not really tall ones since you are only 14. But i think flats/ballerinas would totally go with the dress because of its style. =)

This dress is completely tasteless. It's an '80s headache and the bow is tacky. Don't buy it. However, if you have already bought it, I suggest some cute black ballet flats.
