What's the deal with these shoes!?!?

I bought some New Balances in the year of 1999, and I didn't think they were all that special but I needed some running shoes, they costed alot. But one day I came...about 4 days ago and this boy said I got on them classics. So I was like ok. Soon every boy started noticing it and said "Cool Classics" I was like thanks but I didn't think it was all that special, here is a pic of them:

What's the deal with these shoes!?!?
apparently classics are a certain kind of shoe. you know, like limited edition? kinda like nikes.


they range from $60 %26amp; up, depending on the style.


but maybe because they're a little older, they might be just $60

Reply:Maybe they are making fun of you because I know certain New Balances are in style, but those are ugly. Maybe when they say "classics" they are joking because they are so old. It's almost like my cousin telling this girl she has a beautiful smile because she has no teeth just to laugh at her.
